Autonomy means ability to do what’s needed as independently as possible, and not do whatever we want . The way scrum is designed , it does not tolerate dependencies , dependencies can effect scrum teams adversely - missing sprint goal. The scrum framework has a tendency to make the problems and ineffectiveness very transparent. The performance will be mediocre. It is not that scrum isn’t working , it is in fact work very well in helping you to see. As scrum will make the mediocrity painfully transparent !! #scrum #agile #lean
